What option did he select? If it is problem with item, you pay. If it is change of mind or wrong size buyer pays.

I just supplied a customer with a product which he ordered, when he received item he realised it was the incorrect size he ordered

And wants to return item for replacement for the correct one, I have no issues with this , that is part of our customer service and was before Ebay came along. BUT the buyer has but item through Ebay return policy, I wonder who is to pay the return shipping back to us and the return shipping back to the customer.

Is this another Ebay beauty, where the seller pays for whoever makes the mistake?

WHO PAYS THE BUYER THE SELLER OR Ebay
