Hi can anyone tell me when my payments for goods sold become available immediatly in my Pay Pal Account, so I no longer have to pay postage for delivery before I get paid? Been with Ebay 3 months now with many sales and purchases-Thankyou

You should be able to access (withdraw to your bank account) your funds as soon as they show in your Paypal account. The transfer can take around 2-3 business days usually.

eBay / PayPal will withold funds for new sellers until a track record has been established - This information is from the eBay help pages:

While you establish your selling track record, buyer payments may be delayed. These funds will generally be available once:

It's been more than 90 days since your first successful sale; and
You've had more than 25 sales transactions; and
You've had more than $250 in total sales.

If you meet that criteria and are still having your payments held, I'd contact PayPal to request the holds be lifted. You still have a way to go before you have the required number of sales, unless you have had sales where no feedback has been left.
