Hi guys,

any suggestions on a response to a neut FB from a serial neut? (On my selling ID)

Out of a total of 22 FB left, has left 20 neuts & 2 pos.

Don't leave any followup until you have spoken to ebay.....you may be able to get it removed and the followup will just stand out as it is usually not removed.

Ring them and point out that the buyer seems to leave poor feedback for all sellers.

I spoke to eBay as you suggested and they agreed there was grounds for removal.

Well done. Make sure they do remove it as sometimes they say one thing and then do nothing.
