Second category fee

Ok strange one not for this User ID, but I have a range of products and I started to add a second category them, I know it say a fee applies. But sometmes it adds the fee and other times it gives it to me for free. have others noticed this. I each case its the same first category and 2nd category.

Never noticed this error before. I get all kinds of weird glitches all the time, like the system telling me something is invalid or I need to select a postage service, etc. Usually it happens on the confirmation page and I haven't changed anything, just "sold similar" or relisted an item. I hit the submit button and it all goes through fine.

I think they've really overcomplicated everything and these random glitches encountered every day is the result.

Sometimes ebay have the second category and subtitle on a promotion and give it free.

But you need to watch the relists as you get charged as soon as the promo is over.
