They had two pretty close together so I am thinking it might be a couple more weeks before another one happens. I am thinking their new "single items only" terms for the free listings may be causing them to have more frequent promotions. I mean, the more we sell, the more they make, right? Seems strange they would change that.

It may depend on how many people are paying to list their items on week to week.
