When was it introduced that non payer disputes can be opened after 2 days instead of 4?

If you don't receive payment, you can open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center as early as 2 days

On US ebay 😐

I sold an item Friday night and I just looked at my SM and the option was there to open the dispute now.

I think it is only for the US. I don't think with Bank Deposit here that it would be practical.

Just checked and I am signed into AU ebay.

So wonder why it is showing that I can open a dispute now???

I also got that notification but if you try to open an unpaid item dispute it says that it cannot be opened until 4 days. This started on Friday afternoon so I think it must be another Friday muck up.
