We have achieved 0.00% defect rate on our other ebay store now.

This one is on a 3-monthly reporting cycle tho.

So wonder how long this can last.

This ID was on ZERO too until sales droped back and we went back to a 12-monthly cycle then all the old ones kicked in again and its now at 0.28%.
