Have the automatic 3 free listings disappeared again? usually comes with the 40 free lisitngs every month.

Spoke to customer service and was informed that the 3 free automatic listings are now not given to POWER SELLERS.

I'm a powerseller in another guise and, as of 1900 this evening, they were still available.

I am also still getting free relists as of about half an hour ago. They do disappear sporadically. I find if I got back later on or the next day and revise, they show up again.

Darn you ebay,I haven't received any 3 free relists for a very long time and their reason was because I'm a power seller,so how come other power sellers are still receiving them??

Is ebay tossing a coin heads you win,tails I loose?

Try clearing out your browser cache and cookies. I read on here that its worked for some people.

Hey just received the reason why I don't receive the free listings from ebay and yes it's because I'm a power seller,they are only for new sellers and casual sellers I've been told.

Apparently once a seller sells more than 100 sales or $12000 in a year they then will not receive the 3 free relists.

I'm a power seller (whatever that means) and I am sure I have sold more than 100 items in the last year - but made nowhere near $12K - and I still get the free relists, although I haven't tried this month yet. But certainly last month I was getting them.

Well this is what I was told the first time I complained about it and now by a superviser,so it beats me why some receive the free relists and why some don't?

It's 100 sales not 100 items or $12000 which ever comes first

I was under the impression it is (or was, anyway) 100 sales AND $12k.

Which would be why I get them as I do over 100 but not $12k.

Im a power seller.2500 in sales with over 12 k and i was recieving them untill the last 2 months.
I also opened up a new account to take advantage of them yet this account has never recieved the 3 free auto relists.

Its damn frustrating

It's that time of the week again. Bonus points for coinciding with 100 free listings.

If your saved drafts do not appear in your selling/sold page, or in the links on the left hand side, you can bet that you won't get the relist 3 times for free tickbox either until eBay fixes itself.

I don't do drafts.

I do relist from unsold, or TL and edit.

Works for me. And nothing to do with the 100 free as I have a store and the last store freebies were in January.
