ok stupid question but my brain is fried this past month... I havent had an INR in alomst 12 months

I have an INR case open - happy to refund / send another one, thats not a problem. Yes Ill ask them their address etc to check it on Paypal.

But is there a way to work it so the case is closed without a defect? or is it an auto-defect even if the case is closed with the buyer happy?

Ask the buyer, who opened the INR case, to find the item in their purchase history.

From the 'More actions' drop down menu they should select 'Close this request'.
