Negative feedback left before paying and getting item! Bbl this 1!

Got a negative left from a buyer who 'bought it now' new user from April '13, and failed to contact me after 2 emails!!!
They haven't paid, haven't got anything yet... But it's OK to leave feedback?
Have a look fellow ebayer's at their activity and make sure u avoid.
I have been on eBay a long time, and still can't believe there's a way people can do this before marking items as received?
Have put in a dispute for non payment and feedback to be erased, but we'll see.
Like to see their ' used card ' serial no though, considering I'm looking at it now 🙂

I would phone the bay about this one if I were you btw.

you can file a NPB dispute and the neg will be removed in 4 days time or you could call ebay, ask them to look at that member, pointing out that they are new to the site but seem to be having 'problems' and see if they will NARU the member or flag their account

Certainly hope this buyer was right regarding the "Shill Bidding' accusation on the other neg she left. If I was the seller I would be going after them for defamation, what a total tool.X-(

Just close the NP case as soon as you can and if the feedback isn't removed automatically, just call ebay, they will remove it under those circumstances.

It looks to me as an account opened deliberately to damage some sellers; I would be calling eBay immediately to have the NEG removed on the grounds of account interference. Why wait?

Good news guys, rang eBay, and reported them.

Unpaid case went through, and ridiculous comments deleted.

but, have a look at their new feedback since!!!!

Will continue to harass eBay to have them deleted, what a TOOL!!!
