Second chance offers

I've had several bidders on an item. I have several of these items to sell.

The winner has not paid yet (Nothing wrong with that)

Can I send multiple Second chance offers out to other losing bidders at this stage or only if the winner does not pay?

On the bidders list, the link to second chance offer is there, so it seems I'm free to use it and send to other bidders?

You can send out second chance offers straight away. You dont have to wait for the winning bidder to pay. ( but you do need to save one of the items for the winning bidder of course ) I often send a message to bidders when sending second chance offers, saying I have more than one of the items and the offer is genuine. I think this helps to give buyers the confidence to accept.

Just don't forget that if you offer a second chance, the under bidder only pays what their maximum bid was. So, if the winner won for $50, that's what they pay. If the second bidder had a high bid of $49.50, that's all they pay. If the 3rd bidder bid $45.50, that's what they pay.
