Very slow delivery by Aus Post

With the two tier delivery speed introduced, does that apply to parcel post as well? It seems delivery speed has now slowed right down, look at tracking number EBA00304273301008380905 from Vic to NSW, it's now 11th Jan and still not delivered. I lodged an inquiry, no response so far from Aus post, what's going on?

You copped a double whammy. Both Sunshine West and Chullora. Both notoriously slow and it's not unheard of for items to ping pong between the 2 of them several times before reaching their final destination. My guess is it should arrive in the next day or 2. There were quite a few down days between Christmas and now, which eBay don't take into consideration when planting the estimates in listings. As far as eBay is concerned, every day is a business day.

As far as I know, the two tier system is only for letters, not parcels.
