      <description>&lt;P&gt;My customer was supposed to collect &amp;amp; pay cash on pickup. A day &amp;amp; time selected. They did not show up and have not responded to my emails. I did ask if there was a problem and also had they changed their mind, still no response. The have a good feedback record.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;lodge an unpaid item dispute. If they don't pay in 4 days go in an close the dispute you will get your fees returned and you can then relist the item if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't know how to do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;go to your sold items over on the RHS of page click on the more actions drop down menu, select report unpaid item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
