Same!! I've tried Edge and Chrome and neither will show me the Order Details. To process orders I have had to use the Paypal packing slip. Fortunately no one has chosen to pay by Direct Credit.

They only way through it at the moment is to enter the competition - but you can put in false details to get through it. Once entered and you veiw the other promotional deals, then the competition screen does not come back for your next order details view.

EBay is aware of the problem and their tecnical team are working on it.

Working fine for me via SMP.

Both order details and transaction record pages are opening without issue.

It's probably some system bug that will go away in a while.

edit - I'm using Firefox

Hi,

I've been having a similar problem this morning, but when I click on view my order details, I'm getting this message instead -

The following critical errors have occurred.

Order Service temporarily unavailable or invalid parameters in the request URL.

The order details I'm trying to view is for a combined sale (4 different sales to one person, with a discount for shipping). All my single listings/sales I can view the order details without any problems.

Plus, I've been trying to send an invoice to this buyer, but she is not receiving it. She has also checked her junk folder and its not there either.

I've tried restarting my computer and using different browsers, but it doesn't fix the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

I rarely use view order details as all the info I need is in SM and SMP. I certainly would never use it to find the buyer's address as it may be different if they have not completed checkout as can happen if they use bank deposit with the bank details provided.

Have not been experiencing any problems with the order details function here over the past couple of days.

We use this function all the time to verify address "correctness" after the buyer has completed checkout.

Since we use large letter (and therefore are not subject to seller protection) we will make minor obvious corrections to addresses in here before we print our address labels as this is the source of the address info for the labels we print (non-ebay labels anyway). Mostly the corrections are misplaced city/suburb info where the postcode does not match. Or abbreviating the long form State names so they fit better on our address labels.

Looks as if maintenance has broken something again.

Or if not broken, somewhat fractured.

I often wonder if they will ever get the site to run smoothly

Maybe the reason maintenance gets done on Friday is to give themselves 2 days to fix the stuffups before normal business hours resume.
