Buyer has changed address but PayPal will not let him changes it in PayPal system as he has paid for

I'm using PayPal / postal satchels.My buyer paid for his books very quickly and then told me he had moved but couldn't change the address PayPal had because he had already paid me.Can I simply write his new address on the EBay parcel or will that somehow cause problems with the system and it may not be delivered.

You won't be covered by PayPal.

Log into PayPal and select refund next to the transaction. (Do a refund)

Then message the buyer and ask him to complete checkout again but this time he needs to change the address in checkout.

Always only send to the address specified in PayPal (Not the eBay email) to qualify for protection.

Surely the buyer has arranged for mail forwarding through Australia Post? Mail forwarding includes letters and parcels.

Many people don't even think of mail redirection facilities when relocating or because of the cost don't bother with it. It's nearly $25 a month now.
