DELIVERY TIMES Conflicting information

Meeting delivery times is now important than ever for sellers but customers are being given conflicting information by ebay eg

On one of my items that sold during the week delivery time is listed as being between 2-7 business days.

However, if you look at the same item on ebay.com delivery time is listed as 3 business days.

The Australia Post website delivery time for the same item is 5-6 business days.

The estimated delivery time on ebay should be as listed on the Australia Post website after handling times are taken into account and they should also be the same on whichever ebay site you are looking at.

As usual eBay will ignore the postage delivery issues and as they don't monitor these forums it won't even register on their radar.

Ring or email ebay and tell them your concerns, if enough of us do it you never know they might wake up to themselves and sack the fool that comes up with these ridiculous ideas.

It's opened another hole for thieves and scammers.

It's as if Ebay don't want sellers, we get punished for things that are irelivant in the real world. (spelling)

EVERY TIME you get a late posting defect phone ebay and ask for it to be removed. In due course they will realise their crystal ball is rubbish. My 2 remaining are one posted to England on 19 December and the crystal ball failed. Buyer happy enough, thought he was fiiling in a survey! Other one was an obvious accident, haven't bothered the buyer about that. Ebay accepts the word of the buyer but wil not accept the word of the seller, but, relax, sooner or later this nonsensense will go the same way as the preceding nonsensenses,

Whats with the estimate range of between friday and monday? Thats not a range sat and sunday are not delivery days.

Still not convinced a friday sale lodged on monday is classified as next business day shipping as far as Ebay is concerned.
