Yes, depending on ERG's listing limits, which have been explained to you/him numerous times.

YOU would never have 94 free listings left as you don't have a store.

@kopes, in my case it would have been how many can you eat before you turn as green as that smiley (The answer to which would have been about 5 )

And in other cases, the question is never how many do you have left, but how many your mum (AKA eBay) says you're allowed to eat. 😄
