A buyer bought 2 sets of my items in separate transactions - one was bought by mistake.

Happy to cancel it and have sent through a cancellation request.

If she doesn't respond, does it close after 10 days in my favour and I get my FVF back?

I remember it as being 7 days but it may have changed.

And yes FVF is credited back.

It's 10-days and yes you get back your FVF.
