$3 CAP ON FEES/HAS ANYONE USED THIS YET?

Hi,

I accepted the offer where there is a cap of $3 in insetion fees and final fees from 14.4 to 24.4.

But when I went to list a fashion item the listing fees said 'zero'.

It should say $1.50 because I haved used up my 40 free.

I rang ebay and they tell me if the listing fee comes up zero then that's what it is. And the $3 cap will apply

to the final value only ie: the commission.

That means I have unlimited zero listing fees up to my monthly maximum permitted to sell and only pay

$3 commission max. for each item.

Has anyone else come across this?

Hi yep I did ask the question via this forum & nobody else seemed to have tha offer /or accepted it I have listed a few also with no fees good A!!

i recieved the offer but i dont sell clothes so i just deleted it.

when ebay sends me an offer i can actually use, i'd like to see that.

how hard is it to target an offer to sellers selling clothes, too hard for ebay obviously.

Nope, it didn't apply to video games or collectibles so I had no use for it.

I too received the offer but as I don't sell clothing, just deleted it. I had no use for it!
