How to get custom listing frames? Do I have to go through a third party listing service?

I've customised my shop and I'd like to do the same with my item listings.

I've seen very fancy listing designs but apart from the limited 'Listing Frame' option provided by eBay I cannot find how to achieve that effect.

Can this only be done by third party listing services like frooition or others on this page, or is there a hidden area or method within eBay to get a nicer listing frame?

ebay used to have pretty templates, but they took them out to enhance your selling experience.

I don't have pretty frames, so I'm feeling very unenhanced. I feel cheated that you're enhanced and I'm not. It's like so not fair.
