Hello has anybody else had their 40 free listings disappear when they haven't been used

Yes. Every month. They are for a calendar month, if you don't use them you lose them.

Noting that eBay seem to have brought maintenance forward from Friday to Thursday, so that may or may not be an issue.

If you don't use them then you don't lose them either as you get them every month.

So it has to be a glitch
