Hi. I'm selling a pram, a person in the UK accidentally bid and wants Me to retract the bid, but I have no idea how to. Could somebody please give me some advise? Thank you. Regards Amanda

the buyer can do a bid retracktion themselves. much better they do it i think.

if you must do it use the 'help & contact' button at the top of this page,search for 'cancel a bid'

Also be sure to block them so they can't 'accidently' bid on more of your things, you don't want to have to cancel too many bids

Since bidding is a multi-step process, a lot of people sure do 'accidently' do this a lot
