query regarding relisted items.

When I re-list my items, they appear with a number of views (from the previous listing)

Is there a way to re-list them with 0 in the views section?

the popular thoughts on the views on newly listed or relisted items is ebays own 'bots' or programs that look at new listings during the listing process, thus showing 'views' but not real views by buyers.

Turn off the view counter. That way you're the only one who can see them.

Views from a previous list shouldn't show.

But if members have saved a search, let's say 8 members, as soon as you relist it will show 8 when the system has picked up the saved searches with notifications. It assumes the member will look at their email and count as a view.

According to us oldies anyway.
