I just had to cancel a transaction because the buyer saw a defect on the item and said it wasn't shown in the description in her app and it also didn't show the photo in her app.she said her granddaughter noticed a mark on the item on her computer..I dont have the phone app.so don't know what it shows.I cancelled the transaction to keep the peace but I think she was just backing out of the sale..I definatly showed mark on item and described it well.

The app and "Mobile view" are really bad.

The description was probably abreviated and the picture came out the size of a postage stamp!!

I advise everyone to use a desktop or at least a "desktop view".

Had a look on app, photo's show fine, your third photo clearly show the mark, and you have it written in the discription as well.

I just checked too and got exactly the same result as you. I would say they've looked at the first photo only (which shows the mark even without enlarging the photo) and not read the description. Many app users don't read descriptions.

Or look at photos.

(Mis)perception will do the trick every day when they ~~alternate their 2 braincells~~ change their mind
