auto relist missing

i have an item that didnt auto relist, nothing new there

but when i try to relist it theres no auto relist option at the bottom of the listing page.

do i have to redo the whole listing from scratch to get it back?

From previous posts it can be sorted by editing your listing, and then the auto relist appears again. Hope this works for you.

nope, edited and still not there

restart from scratch still not there

grrr! maybe free relists have been withdrawn for auctions, i'll try changing to buy it now.

If you do a BIN, you can put it on a 30 day now.

yeah, thats what ive dont unintentionally, forgot to reset to weekly auction from buy it now, never mind

makes mental note, "dont do listings when agrivated"

make new note, "forget previous note, you'd never list anything on ebay"

If you've got a smart phone or an ipad, try revising using the app. I find if it doesn't show up on the laptop, it usually shows up on the app 99.9% of the time.

You could also try clearing out your cache, that works sometimes (most of the time with me).

i dont have a smart phone or a tablet, today have had about 40 items ended without any relisting.

tried to relist them on my desktop, still no 3 relist option.

tried on my windows 10 laptop, no 3 relist option there either.

i do have my 40 free listings just not the free relists when relisting my ended items from the unsold list.

havent got anything new to list to see if that would work.

yes I tried clearing the cache, and relistign from pc and phone, I seriously think its done another random disappear again...

all my items that didnt relist have a lovely message from ebay,

eBay note: This item didn't automatically relist.

Instead of choosing 'relist' try 'sell similar' ( and don't forget to delete it from unsold list)....that's how I get the 3 relists to work, when there's a glitch

i have tried all the combinations i think, relist, sell similar, deleteing and starting from scratch, none come up with the 3 relists.

the fixed price has the 30 day option

auctions only give a 1,3,5,7 or 10 day duration.

at the bottom of the listing the relisting option is missing.
