is anyone having issues with the fastway portal?

syncing in not happening and thier procedures and seemed to change?

Sorry don't use Fastway. Not much help here either.

I just checked and there are two options: 'Fastway' and 'FASTWAY COURIERS', under the Carrier portal of the eBay Tracking page (if that's what you're talking about.)

Maybe try uploading the tracking details to both and check if the other one might work. Alternatively, just email the buyer the tracking info if neither appear to be syncing.
