Hi,

i was wanting to open an unpaid item dispute but found I opened a cancel transaction request instead.

So, found out too late that I may not get fvf back.

is there a way to change to an unpaid item dispute in order for assurance of fvf back?

Short answer.....unfortunately you cannot change the dispute.

If the buyer doesn't reject the cancellation request you will be credited your FVF when the cancellation times out - 10 days.

Attention to detail is not necessarily an indication of OCD. It can be considered an indication of good business practice.
