Yeah, funny how nobody but the sellers in this organisation are constantly held to such high standards.

Ebay allows themselves to deliver sub-standard service and they are putting buyers in to such a powerful position as to make sellers quite vulnerable !!

Why can one buyer close down my entire selling store. 27,000 items. Claiming i did not send her items. When i have a legal document to say that i did send her items.

That has nothing to do with the topic of this thread started 18 months ago.......................

You need to ring eBay (or preferably get them to call you back) by going through "help and contact" at the top of any page, you may have to try a few different options to get a callback option though.

It is a shame this has happened, I cannot understand why it has happened to a good seller like yourself.

If you have proof of sending, contact eBay about it and provide the evidence to them.

It could not have been over one customer.

You need to have a look at your seller dashboard and check your defects percentage, that may have something to do with it.

Once defects get to be more than 2%, or seller cancelled sales get to more than 0.3%, problems can happen.

Did eBay send you an email about why your listings were suspended?

What did they say?

Just wondering if anyone is having issues logging into ebay AU. I can access ebay.com but ebay AU keeps saying access denied and wont open site at all. Happening on all my devices 😞

Done all of that. Have uninstalled and re installed app on my phone. Cleared cache and cookies. Turned phone on and off. Still cant access ebay AU via the app or internet. Can access ebay.com and ebay UK buy not ebay AU. Getting really frustrated. Was only on it yesterday morning then last night it just stopped.
