a buy bought our personilsed wedding sticker. she is in USA

she completed payment and left message said" i want silver ink print my writing." then walk away

we did not have silver ink printing listed in our description and we send more then 4 messages to her.

It is been 6 days and still no responding.

What should i do with this trouble buyer?

Leave it a few more days then I would refund with a note - Refunded as we had no response to our messages and we don't offer silver print.

Then put the buyer on your Blocked Bidders List.

buyer has completed payment. She can do whatever she like on order feedback. We are panic if we get negtiave feedback.

I wouldn't panic.

If she gives a neg, just reply to it along the lines of fully refunded-buyer wanted ink colour not in listing.

Most other buyers would not judge you harshly for that.
