Has anyyone been able to get the billboard pic for stores to work?

I tried a couple of months ago to add the large pic to the store (the profile pic works fine), and eventually gave up.

Had a look again today, but still cannot seem to add a nice pic there to showcase my store.

I have one on mine, which I've actually changed a couple of times since switching over to the new store design.

Is it just not loading or displaying, or not providing the option to upload at all? (If not uploading it may be the file size or type - mine is a JPEG, exactly 1200 x 270, and well under the 12MB limit).

A miracle - it finally worked.

I have no idea what was happening previously, but all ok now.
