New Site Map - terrible

Went to the site map - hate it, you can no longer search for what you are looking for. Instead you have to open each section to try and find what you want. Why change something for the worse, or delete the search option!

just so everyone knows how to navigate their way to the A-Z page, click on "policies" at the bottom of the page, then look down the left hand side for "A-Z index"

Thanks so much, was looking for the A-Z a couple of days ago, and couldn't find it.
