Sell page not working (showing blank white page)

Hey there everyone, a few hours ago I listed a couple of items for sale with no issues, now, when I click the "sell" tab at the top of the screen it just takes me to a blank white page, anyone else having this issue?

I've tried deleting browser history etc, and restarting my computer. Issue still persists.

Okay, a little update, I have been in contact with Ebay customer service via the "live chat" feature, and I have been notified the "sell tab/selling section" is having "technical problems at the moment".

The person I spoke with was unable to give me a time-frame on how long the "selling section" would be down for.

I'm having issues too. My browser keeps downloading the start.jsf file... I've been able to work around it, but the issues aren't stopping there.

No problems here tonight apart from having no photos on watch list items for about 15 minutes. They must be tinkering. Usually it's a Freaky Friday thing, but it could be Whacky Wednesday.
