I found this on the PayPal site

PayPal and eBay have an integrated payment process to make your checkout more convenient. You can select which PayPal shipping address you’d like your item sent to from your eBay account.

Under "Account" up the top there on your eBay page, you can add more postage addresses. I take it that this is what the above is referring to, so perhaps you could ask your customer to add the ddress to their account. Failing that, I'd ring PayPal. Phone Number is under their help link at the top of their page.

Hello 🙂

I THINK that you can send it to an alternate address as long as they have that address registered with PayPal.

Otherwise my suggestion is to politely explain to the buyer that whilst you would love to honour their wishes, your hands are tied because neither yourself or the buyer have any protection if an item is sent to an address other than that which is listed with PayPal and that you feel it would therefore be unprofessional to comply with their request.

The buyer can select any delivery address during checkout. This address will be recorded in the Order Details on eBay and in PayPal and on the PayPal email that you receive. If the buyer has already paid and you are concerned about PayPal cover then you should only send it to this address.

If buyers have already paid and then email us through eBay we often send items to alternate addresses if the item is low value or we're not sending it with tracking.

your listing says standard delivery, I hope for that value you will be sending it with at the very least Signature on Delivery or Click and Send

yes, the buyer will have to change his address in checkout before paying.
