Just lately, I, and I know others, have found it difficult to 'locate' live chat. I use this feature only infrequently, but still miss it on the occasions that it would be useful.

I contacted ebay via msg this morning and was given this info:

"For the 'Live Chat' sessions, it is still available. However, this option can only be selected through certain categories. You can follow the steps below for an example on how to enable the live chat session.

1. Go to Help & Contact

2. Click on the button that says contact us at the bottom of the page.

3. On 'Browse by topic' choose Selling > Selling Basics > Revise a listing

4. You'll the be able to see the 'Chat with us' option at the bottom of the page."

Hope this is useful to others, who may also have been wondering where live chat disappeared to !!
