3 Item Not Received cases lodged in 1 WEEK!!!!

I am beyond **bleep**ed right now!!

3 in one week!! Thanks Oz Post. All three were closed within days once items FINALLY arrived, but how does this effect my rating?

If they have tracking and if the buyers leave slow postage rating for them then call ebay and tell them to remove the defects as the tracking will show the date they were lodged at the PO.

Unless the buyers mark you low DSR's then it will not effect your rating at all.

I totally understand.

I am getting quite a few myself, ever since aus post started to slow down the delivery.

I have asked them about it, and they just tell me to give it a few more days.

I pass this along to the buyers and the items usually arrive later.

Ebay's delivery estimates are now so wrong and buyers tend to believe them unfortunately.

You do not get any defect these days just because a case is opened against you.

That has been changed now.

Where you will get the defect is if ebay have to step in and resolve it for you.

That is treated as an unresoilved case by seller and will get you a defect.

Exactly what clarry has said,but going back a year or so you would have been suspended lol.
