Anyone out there know a lot about e bay. Particularly about e bay TGA compliance regs. Trying to sell imported goods and am getting hit with road blocks. However it seems similar products are being sold with no problem .

Have you checked what category the existing listings are in? What items in particular are you wanting to list?

It's called man power a male supplement , there are 3 sellers.already based in aus already. Which.is why.I'm.confused as.to why I have a problem .

Maybe those sellers already have TGA approval? One of them is a pharmacy, so one would assume they'd have approval.

Hi Dave,

I've got a bit of experience with this, if you are importing it yourself, you will need to get your own TGA registration for them, you cannot use another importers registration number. Once you have your own, the best way is to use it as a custom item specific.

Hello just wondering TGA number mean Australian therapeutic goods number?

Is this also listed and registered? Or just one of them
