They must be available because I keep getting orders for custom labels with no details being sent, sales for A4 sheets of vynal with no colour selection and other things that require a sixth sense..

You can get them from the honest Chinese sellers. They'll show as $2 in the search, then when you click on it the price will sky rocket. Of course it's genuine imitation crystal and probably perfect for what you need, especially when you look at the pictures. If nothing else, you could vent your frustrations by piffing it at the wall..........or at your numpty buyers 😄
