Changing payment after checkout

Wondering if someone can help,i have a buyer who says she accidentally clicked pay into bank acc when she wants to pay using paypal,can she change it to paypal.I have never done this so don't know.

Send an invoice might solve it?

Resend the invoice....that will reset checkout and allow her to pay with paypal.

That was one of the easier problems to fix. I wish they were all as straight forward.
