Hi there

I am noticing regularly that when I mark an item as posted, the next time I check items to be shipped it re-appears. And I have to mark it as posted again and sometimes again. Does anyone else have this issue?

I even have a sync with Australia Post and when I create an item through click and send I check ebay and it has marked it as sent. It even adds the tracking number to the order. Then I come back like an hour later and ebay says it's not sent. It drives me nuts! I've even been marked down in my seller level for late postage. I've never once posted an item late..

I'd just be interested in knowing if anyone else has the same issues.

Thanks
Luke

If you are being unfairly marked down because of a site glitch I would call eBay.

I have never had that problem but I use the ebay satchels rather than click & send because it is cheaper and better intergrated. Some items that go as letters or are cash on pick up contine to show through the bell but do not lose their posted icon in SM
