Anyone getting paypal payments refunded or just me,,,,,,,,Ebay please fix your end some payments are getting refunded back to the buyer,,,,,

It's happened to me a few times. Usually the order doesn't actually show up on eBay even though I get a payment notification from PayPal, but on Sunday an order came through but the payment was reversed pretty much straight away.

I suspect it has something to do with payment approval, in that for whatever reason the payment is declined but not immediately.

Contact PayPal, sounds like an issue with an echeck payment, I've had the same issue in the past on another account.
