    <description>Unfortunately, once a case is escalated, ebay handles it. They should instruct the buyer to return the item to you in order to gain a refund (they basically take the buyer at their word and do not ask them for more info).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's unfortunate the buyer ignored you but opted to escalate the case. It's generally better not to allow a case to be escalated wherever possible, so if it gets close to when the buyer has that option and communication isn't happening, it's generally recommended to accept the return, if just to avoid eBay handling it and getting a defect.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one help i have a return request case and the buyer will not answer or respond to my repeated requst for answers as to what is wrong with the item, he only wrote original not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it has escalated to damage my standing as a seller. This is new to me as normally my buyers send me an email this person did not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated regards Ray&lt;/P&gt;</description>
