Cancelling a sale

A buyer has bought an item by mistake and wants to cancel the sale. I cant find how to do a mutual cancellation anywhere. The buyer has paid by Paypal. Not sure what to do. Any help appreciated.

First you will need to log into paypal and refund their payment.

Then on your sales page, click on the little arrow on the right of the transaction, and in the drop down menu select "open unpaid item case / cancel transaction" and go from there.
