why not change " city" to " Suburb"

In Australia, we do not use city as our correct address.

For example: 11 MARY COURT EPPING VIC 3076 IS CORRECT ADDRESS.

11 MARY COURT MELBOURNE VIC 3076 IS NOT A CORRECT ADDRESS

Many buyers listed address with city " melbourne", " sydney"

Seller has to change and match them to eparcel system.

It waste of time for sellers and makes troubles for Australia Post mails delivery.

How do you think about this?

I had two different buyers this week not have their state listed.

They just need to get rid of the two address lines and put it to one as it should be,(members seem to think

that each line needs to be filled out).

That's why you will aslo get 11 Mary Court Epping Melbourne,(which the label system will not accept as a

correct address).

You can't change City to Suburb as that only works around city areas,(most country Towns/Cities don't

have Suburbs).

Maybe they could have it stated as a Town,Suburb or City only,(not both).

As an aside..........that address for Epping in the OP is their address as item location.

Surely that's not allowed? Or even smart?

It's only supposed to be their suburb,(not actual address).

Maybe the new way to get around pick up items but it's not real smart IMHO and it could open the door for

all sorts of grief,

I've never seen it before in an item location.

Hi Stawks & Go Tazz; It's a Chinese dropship warehouse there in Mary Crt Epping Vic - I went there to pickup a laundry folder from ebay with my daughter. It's not a home address. Just a warehouse that also does pickups for locals. You can also walk in & browse / buy stuff in the warehouse.

Open usual business hours Stawks; That was the place that tried to sell me A4 envelopes w/ Priority paid stamps affixed for 10c each! (The envelopes I have here cost me 40c each alone - but I sell so few that need that packaging!) - Gotta be a rubber stamp rort IMHO!

I'm more staying in than out. You will know what I mean by that statement. My Dad has been in Northern Hosp for 3 weeks over this & last month. They sent him home for a week to manage his affairs. Gotta go back Tuesday. Not looking good - still no diagnosis.

The bloody place is a nightmare for those who hate hospitals & don't walk really well! Who designs a hospital on a former tip site? The place is like an octopus so it doesn't sink into the landfill ground! Note for Architects - people going to hospitals are generally ill & can't walk far!
