scam or not?

I received my first complaint and am unsure of the procedure

titled 'Ebay complaint' basically buyer claims item not as described and wants a refund but at bottom of email it says do not respond to this message

I would give buyer a refund but want my items back first

apart from that email I cannot find where or how to respond to buyer who has single digit feedback and complaint was received after I left her feed back....scam or not?

Did they open item significantly not as described case? Go to your My eBay > account tab and there should be somewhere if you have any cases opened against you. if you do , you need to respond from there.
