topic Return guidance in Selling

Morning all.

Need a little help with a return.

It's been so long since I had one, just need a little guidance.

Two days ago a buyer requested a return due to INAD. When I go to the case, it says I can Accept Return and print a label which I can send via email. I have no idea how to do labels so I clicked on Message to Buyer, sent her a note saying I would accept the return and gave her my address. Now Ebay is prompting me to respond by 14th August, even though she has written back in the case and given me the tracking number. It keeps prompting me to accept the return and print a label.

I don't want to print a label (the items had to go in a satchel anyway), but should I click Accept the Return regardless?

How do I do one without the other?

Unfortunately reasonbaly familiar with the Return proccess, what you do is accept the return, then select under the options, will compansate buyer for return postage, believe it or not most buyers forget that part LOL

Thanks Paco - it's not really an intuitive process at all.

I did accept the return and did choose compensate the buyer for postage.

What's really stupid is that you can't even see the full wording of the reasons you get to pick from as the sentences are longer than the drop down list.

Just dumb.
