Go to the Seller centre on active content,(it has FAQ and answers on active conent):

http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/activecontent

The Seller Centre can take a little bit longer to load.

I am also having problems removing all the active content for over 2000 listings.

I have rang ebay and also followed the link above to edit listing in bulk.

When I go into Edit listing, then description, there is no: Remove active Content coming up, only when I do each listing individually.

The description box is completely empty (when in bulk).

I have also tried BETA: Active Content Bult editor to Bulk revise ebay listing through File exchang, but can not figure out the file exchange or what the hell I am doing, I am completely lost. I am guessing it probably is not that hard, once you know how to do it.

There must be an easier way of doing this or other advise that I should try!
