Has anyone had a problem with REMOVED? She leaves negative feedback after receiving her item and yet is still entitled to a refund according to ebay over a $13 sale, be aware of her conduct as for sure this is not the first time and ebay adheres to this conduct, ebay should remember who pays their wages, certainly not heir buyers.

Err, actually the buyers do pay your ebay fees....surely you build your fees into the item price and postage.

And you are not allowed to name and shame on the boards....I am sure the Moderators will be along soon to remove the details.

Not that I recall. I'm fairly sure the buyers I've had issues with haven't been REMOVED.
