Adding aditional postage to bulk listings not working

Hi, just wondering if people have got a problem with this issue.

I have about 700 listings and have edited the postage on 200 listings x 4, to free additional postage, cause what has seemed to happen is my express post postage settings have gone from say 9.60 + 0.00 a few weeks ago additional to 9.60 and nothing since, so everyone is getting charged 9.60 for each additional item and i cant change it without going through every listing and almost all my listings from 2 weeks ago have no additional cost labeled means its flat rate per item.

This is annoying me, call ebay support today and they said it was an error, hope its not only me experiencing this issue, and ive seen a great decline in express post sales, and after identifying the problem today maybe the result.
