Dissappearing 50 listings?

Today I had a look at how many free listings i still had, and there was another message just above it saying that I had a further 50 free listings, and it ran out in a few more days. Great!, I'll get some more stuff on there tonight- except as I was about to list the items, I thought I would just check the expiry and - poof! - The note had dissapeared, only the remainder of my original 40was there.

Is this a new Ebay suck-in, or what?

I had it happen a few months back. An extra 50 on top of my usual 40. Awesome! Then I realised I had somehow jumped to the US site, where they get 50 freebies a month. I put the .au back in the address bar and the 50 was gone. I still don't know how I got to the US site, but I did.

Sounds like maybe that's what happened to me- Oh well, it was a nice feeling for a couple of hours!

I thought maybe the free listing fairy had visited me again as she did a couple of months ago- I think it was just a hiccup in Ebay's system , and a few people got in quick and got up to 120 (3 X 40 lots)!
