My basic store fee is $27.45 per month

Since July my eBay store fee jumped from $24.95 to $27.45 according to my invoices. But looking here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/storefees.html the fee should still be $24.95.

Why am I being charged more, and where can I find out about the change? Is it something to do with my sales volume being lower recently?

It's probably because of the Netflix tax of 10%.

With so few items in your Store you would be better off getting rid of it and just using your 40 free listings.

Are the extra fees for final value fees.....you have sold a few things lately.

Your link is for the US site but right down the bottom you'll find this:.

Depending on the tax legislation of your country of residency, local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST) or similar consumption tax might apply in addition to your eBay fees.

All fees are in US dollars.

You can have 30 day or GTC listings without having a store. They brought it in for non-stores a few months ago. Just make sure you don't have any more listings than 40 because every time they roll over they use a free listing.

I you have the option to automatically relist 3 times you are better off using 30 day Buy It Now listings in place of Good 'til Cancelled.
